Initial consultation
Before we start our therapy, it's important for us to get to know you and your child, find out your goals for speech pathology and identify your concerns.
Our initial consultation is a 1 hour, information gathering session which involves a case history discussion with the caregiver, and an informal, play based interaction with your child.
This is charged by the hour, at $193.99

Assessments
An assessment session will allow us to build an objective profile of your child's communication skills using a range of different tools. These tools may include formal, standarised assessments which allow your child's skills to be compared with typically developing children of their age range, or informal assessment activities which can provide insight in to your child's communication skills in more generalised situations.
Assessment sessions are charged by the hour at $193.99

Therapy and intervention
Once we have identified your child's strengths and needs, it's time for us to start working towards your goals!
Following your assessment, your Speech Pathologist will discuss with you how you would like to work towards your goals and what therapy will look like for you. We offer the following therapy services:
1. Face to face sessions with your Speech Pathologist.

2. Face to face sessions with an Allied Health Assistant (AHA)

Therapy sessions

60 minutes: $193.99. Inclusive of- 50 minutes face to face treatment/ assessment + 10 minutes for appointment related administration.

70 minutes: $226.32. Inclusive of- 60 minutes face to face treatment/ assessment + 10 minutes for appointment related administration.
Assessment and progress reports

These are charged in line with the hourly rate (time taken to prepare the report).
Home programmes

These are charged at $387.98 for 8 weeks of session plans and resources.
Fees

Travel charges apply to particular service areas.

Travel charges are based on 50% of the standard hourly rate.
